Use of funds
Unless a donation is expressly accepted for a legally restricted purpose, contributions may be used to support Touch Haiti’s charitable mission, programs, operations, and related needs as determined by the organization in accordance with applicable law and nonprofit obligations.
Volunteer, partnership, and contact submissions
Submitting a contact, volunteer, partnership, or other inquiry does not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, contract, or commitment by Touch Haiti. We may accept, decline, or follow up on requests and opportunities at our discretion and subject to available resources, safety, logistics, and mission priorities.
Website content and intellectual property
The Touch Haiti name, branding, website design, original text, graphics, photographs, video, and other original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the website for lawful, noncommercial purposes, but you may not copy, republish, sell, impersonate, or misuse protected content without permission or another lawful basis.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to or rely on third-party services for donations, analytics, hosting, email, communications, social media, maps, or other functions. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Touch Haiti is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
